    Accadence delivers the official workshops as defined by Patrick Lencioni using the approved and copyrighted materials. All the workshops focus on the five fundamentals for achieving a team's full potential: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.

    We offer Workshops for Teams, which are already working together. The participants will be the full functional team of peers and their leader. All of the workshops are framed as follows:

    1 One-to-one meeting between Team Leader & Facilitator for background and to agree objectives

    2 All participants complete the pre-work assessments and reading
